Once you're in the area, you'll be able to get to and from the island by either the causeway road or by the ferry.

 

For those that remember Bay Breeze Lodge, it has closed.  So we're back to one place to stay that's anywhere near the island.

We have one campground at Sandy Point.  They have various accommodations.  You can see if they have an offering for you a check the rates on the page linked below. 

 

Island Petro operates pumps at the Knotts Island Market.

The auto repair shop next door to the market is closed and currently seeking renters.

 

We have a new restaurant on the island.  Pearl's Bay-Villa is a full service restaurant operating on the waterfront at the end of Brumley Road.

If you need something to go, Knotts Island Market has a good deli.
